The site plan proposes a new development for Bonanza Park consisting of a mixture of retail and higher density multi-family residential housing. The development aims to provide connectivity between the main intersecting roadways and retail areas through walkways and a pedestrian arcade. The design of the residential housing and site layout takes into consideration the solar conditions and social culture of Bonanza's Park.

BONANZA PARK IS THE CENTRAL LINK BETWEEN THE PARK MEAD-
OWS, PROSPECTOR, LOWER PARK AVENUE AND THAYNE'S CANYON
AREAS. THE DISTRICT IS LOCATED AT THE JUNCTION OF THE TWO
PRIMARY TRANSPORTATION CORRIDORS.
THE NEW PROPOSAL FOR THIS SITE INCLUDES A MIXTURE OF
RETAIL AND HIGHER DENSITY MULTI FAMILY RESIDENTIAL HOUS-
ING.
IT PROVIDES CONNECTIVITY BETWEEN THE MAIN INTERSECTING
ROADWAYS, RETAIL AND GREEN PARK WITH WALKWAYS. THE
NATURE OF THE SITE DEFINED THE POSITION AND SHAPE. AT THE
SOUTHWEST PART PEDESTRIAN ARCADE CONNECTS THE RETAIL.
THE DESIGN OF THE RESIDENTIAL HOUSING WAS STRICTLY DRIVEN
TAKING IN CONSIDERATION THE SOLAR CONDITIONS AND BONAN-
ZA'S PARK SOCIAL COULTURE.
