La Mandragolaccia: Commedia dell’Arte comes to McGill
McGill’s Commedia dell’Arte class and theatre company will produce and perform its very own version of
Machiavelli’s famous play, La Mandragola.
Be ready for a comedic italo-anglo-franco play filled with twists & turns and, of course, love triangles -- all
set in Renaissance Florence.

The students in the Commedia dell'Arte class at McGill University have rewritten the play, created the
costumes and setting, and will be playing some of your favorite Commedia dell'Arte characters. Arlecchino,
Dottore, Pantalone, Pulcinella, Colombina: they will all be there!
