Method of work:
For drafting a position paper the Comité Directeur or concerned bodies of the association
address to the network with a problem, raising a discussion and receiving feedback.
The Comité Directeur or concerned bodies of the association draft the position paper. It
should be approved by the CD, and ratified by the Agora.
The Comité Directeur addresses the position paper to partner institutions directly, and to
contact institutions towards Liaison Officers whose task is to adapt the position paper for the
institution they are responsible for.
Policy drafting institutions:
- Partner institutions (European Commission, European Parliament, Council of Europe)
