(19 mainly women) </li></ul><ul><li>mapped 130 factors in 5 clusters: income, treatment, crime, housing and children – each addict in effect employs 2½ people </li></ul><ul><li>if someone stays 3 years, the municipality pays out €31,500 but society saves €595,000 – a return of 1,890%. </li></ul><ul><li>social profit of €110,000 per employee per year </li></ul><ul><li>www.seeab.se </li></ul>
