JOB SUMMARY:
 As a Store Keeper I take following responsibility sincerely:
 Allocation and control of materials & inventory. Maintaining up-to-date
and accurate inventory records, supervising the entire store job, Receipt,
Issue Registration & Control of Material.
 Manage inventory of the stores. Keep track of products gone out of stock
and make arrangements for their replacement.
 Indenting and coordination with Purchase and other Department for
procurement.
 Receipt of incoming goods as per PURCHASE ORDERS and other terms
and conditions of the PO.
 Checking the quantity and quality of inward material.
 Preparation Stock Receipt Voucher (SRV) & Stock Issue Voucher (SIV) in
Robosoft system.
 Issue and dispatch of materials from main store to departments.
 Maintenance of stock records.
 Maintain Stock Report & Stock Valuation on monthly.
 Co-ordination with Purchase Section and Accounts in relation to Material
Purchase and Payment to Suppliers etc.
 Accountability of Assets, Heavy tools, Office Equipment, Furniture &
Fixtures other returnable tools.
 Maintain related documentation both in hard copy & system.

 Material collection from various locations with the co-operations of
Drivers.
 Any other office related activities as per the company requirements.
