access to substantial growth pipeline.
 Imbedding of risk management, commercial awareness and governance in to BPO operations -
Development of mentoring and review tools that imbedded risk awareness and commercial
management and governance into operational contracts of the business.
 Next Generation Estate Contracts (Regional Prime with Defence Infrastructure Organisation -
MoD) - Procure, Negotiate and mobilise a tier 1 supply chain for the operation of Hard and Soft
FM for MoD sites in the SE and SW of the UK, 40M per annum.
 London Borough of Croydon - Commercial Close of £24million project for the outsourcing of the
Authorities Libraries service.
 London Boroughs of Ealing and Harrow - Commercial Close of £25million project for the
outsourcing of the Authorities Libraries service.
 London Borough of Hounslow - Commercial Close of £100 million project for the outsourcing of
the Authorities Libraries, heritage, parks and cemetery projects Market Development (LA Sector) -
Developed governance structure to compete with the charitable and mutual entrants in to the LA
cultural sector.
 Micro Finance Scheme - Developed, set up and secured funding for a micro finance scheme to
