4. BEFORE STARTING
- This tutorial is made for Electrolux's vacuum cleaner Motors.

- If you already disassembled the vacuum cleaner the Motor
inside should look approximately like in the diagram below.

8. INSTRUCTIONS
1 PROTECTION
Connecting the Rib Frames
Add a drop of Impact Glue to
the Rib frame and join them to the
Connectors using the marks as
reference.

Repeat 4 times
b We willl do this four times until we
get a circular frame. Then put a heavy
book on top of each connector and let
the glue dry.

9. 2 Support

Meanwhile, we take the vertical Repeat the process on the other

10. Getting the base stable Cool!
Once we have the two T-shapes, Now we have the support almost
we position the Middle Support complete. It should look like this.

Vertical Support.

We use two large screws to attached
the Middle Support to the Vertical
Support.. And we repeat the same
action to the other side.
11. Adding the Motor Cover
Bring the end of the Vertical Support
(90°) to the groove on the Motor
Cover and fix them together using
two long screws.

Do the same in the other side until
get the same as in the figure.

12. 3 Blades
Inserting the blades
We take the Blades Support and
insert a blade into the grooves.

Then reach the short screws and
screw them perpendicularly to the
Blade surface in the two
holes on the blades.
Repeat the process 3 times
Until you get the right the same result
as in the picture.
13. Attaching the blade group
Unscrew the Nut in the Motor and
insert the bladessupport to the Motor
like in the figure.

The blades are ready to be used.

14. Fasten the ribs
Once the 3 ribs are in position,
1.1 PROTECTION we grab the Rib Frame and insert
its grooves into the 3 ribs slots.
Make sure that the Connectors
Inserting ribs of the Rib Frame, are facing the
back of the Motor Cover.
We will bring the support group,
and slide in the slots of the Motor
Cover the ribs.
We will insert 3 ribs first.
15. Inserting the Motor More ribs
Insert the Motor together with the Repeat the process of inserting the ribs
blades inside the Motor Cover. in the grooves of the Motor Cover
Watch out the the ribs. The blades while matching the ones in the Rib Frame
should pass before the Motor body. until you get the same result as the picture.
Do not insert the Motor completely.
Leave some room for the ribs to be
placed . When all are placed, push
the Motor to the end.
16. Almost there Perfect!
Now we take the Central Now that we have all the body assembled
Part and slide it in the middle like in the diagram, it’s time to start with
of the Ribs, connecting the Switch installation.

17. 4 Switch Inserting the Cables
We unscrew partially two of the screws at
Cutting the Cable the Connection block. Then we bring the
Cables of the Motor and insert them on

18. Cut the Cable Joining the Cables in the Switch
in the middle approximately at 50 cm Unscrew the Switch and bring the Cables from

20. SUGGESTIONS
- The vacuum cleaner motor, can reach 230 V.
We recommend no to power it to that voltage. Can cause
serious injuries to the people and its sorroundings.
- Keep all the connections tight and protected.
