may apply. A deposit of 30% is required to confirm reservation; some reservations will require additional deposits or payment in full before arrival. Deposits are non-
transferable and are applied to the last nights of your stay. Deposits must be received within 7-10 days of making the reservation (less in-season) or the reservation is considered void.
The customer is responsible for the entire number of days reserved. Any changes made in the dates or number of nights is considered a new reservation, therefore
cancellation fees may apply to the previous reservation/deposit. No refunds for early departures. Personal checks accepted only if received 3 weeks in advance. Return Checks are
subject to a $30 processing fee. Balance is due upon arrival in cash, travelers’ checks, certified check, money order in US dollars or credit card. NO Personal checks at check-in.
Confirmed reservations will be held until 6:00pm unless notified of late arrival. Advance reservations are accepted with room type, number of adults & children & dates
clearly stated. Any changes or misrepresentation upon arrival VOIDS the entire reserva-tion without refund. Maximum occupancies apply. Reservations are subject to strikes, failure
of guests to vacate, & causes or conditions beyond our control. We are not responsible for event & special package changes or failure of others to perform. Rate is based on number of
persons occupying the room and is subject to State and local taxes. Guests who wish to invite visitors to spend days or nights must request & register through the office. Guest fees
