hours and your issues will be mitigated at no additional cost. In the event that a dispute
cannot be resolved between our client and Helping Hands S.S, both parties agree to enter
into arbitration in the State of Texas.
Helping Hands Service Solutions agrees to observeall holidays of our client’s and
perform all service during the agreed upon days and times.
It is the policy of Helping Hands Service Solutions that our team of professional workers
will not eat in your office as well as not touching anything on personal desks, use any of
your facilities, answer phones, and or give access to outside visitors. Communication
between our staff and client’s employees, if services are required during business hours,
will be limited so as not to distract our client’s workers.

Professional Services
General
Helping Hands S.S. agrees to provide all labor, supervision, material, and equipment
necessary to assure performance of specified service for our client’s. Helping Hands S.S.
agrees to provide services for one year, the dates yet to be agreed upon.
Compensation
Professional Services: We will provide services at a monthly rate.
Special Services
Special services are available upon request – Price quoted upon request.
Service Schedule
Helping Hands S.S. employees will observe holidays observed by our client’s. Helping
Hands S.S is prepared to adapt this work schedule to coincide with the needs and requests
of our client’s provided that such request do not alter the costof operations.
Invoicing
All Invoicing will be itemized according to monthly work or for special task. Invoicing
will be on the 1st of each month. Payment policy is net 30 days.
Supplies
The client will furnish all consumable products inclusive of but not limited to: toilet
tissue, towels, trash liners and hand soap. If desired, Helping Hands S.S. can provide
these products and invoice them separately.
7. Equipment
Helping Hands S.S. will furnish and maintain all necessary equipment inclusive but not
limited to: floor machines, buffers, carpet extractor, vacuums, maid carts, mop buckets,
wringers, mops and brooms. The client agrees to provide a secure spacefor storage of its
equipment, as maybe necessary.
Helping Hands S.S. will comply with current OSHA regulations and proven procedures
pertaining to all work performed at the client’s location.
Insurance
Helping Hands Service Solutions will provide all forms of insurance and bonding
required by law and shall maintain the same in force

Employee Status
Personnel supplied by Helping Hands S.S are deemed employees of Helping Hands S.S
and will not for any purposebe considered employees or agents of the clients’
Helping Hands S.S Philosophy
Helping Hands Service Solutions is dedicated to providing quality service that delivers
the highest levels of client’s satisfaction.
Term
No contract necessary, but is available to client’s that request such. The term of this
agreement shall be for a period of one (1) year shall automatically renew for additional
one (1) year period on the anniversary date of agreement.
Cancellation
This agreement may be terminated or cancelled at any time with a minimum of thirty (30)
days written notice from either party.
8. Agreement
This agreement is made and entered in to as of, 20, by and
between Helping Hands Service Solutions, with its principal place of business in San
Antonio, TX 78211 and Move Solutions, Ltd with its principal place of business located
at 4502 #2 Macro Rd., San Antonio, TX 78218.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises and benefits to be
delivered by the parties they mutually agree to the terms and conditions as outlined above
in this agreement.
