8. Like if a weed grows in the garden it needs
to come out so the garden can be healthy

9. Inside Mommy’s body something
grew in a way that was not good

10. This is called cancer and it is like a
spot growing in Mommy’s body

11. This cancer grew in Mommy’s lungs
and hurt her breathing

12. Mommy breathing needed extra help
and she came to the hospital

13. A special tube is pushing air into
Mommy to help her breathing

14. Mommy’s body is resting in the hospital
to get the special help her lungs need

15. We miss Mommy
Suzy and Daddy are sad about her
cancer
