Datagrav is an integrated knowledge management platform launched in 2008 by Russian researchers to help executive and research teams make informed decisions. It includes a cloud service and on-premise installations. Key features allow users to co-author documents, manage knowledge and projects, securely store data, and collaborate both internally and with external partners. Global Records act as the central knowledge base, allowing users to construct documents, manage changing data and information, track tasks and assignments, and share documents while controlling access. The platform aims to improve on document-centric workflows that typically involve long feedback chains and a degradation of shared knowledge over time.

• Degradation of the corporate knowledge portal over time. Knowledge base
integrity must be managed as a separate process
