The document provides instructions and questions for a student to log and reflect on their teamwork skills and experiences working on two class projects: creating a folk film and working on a TV drama project. For each project, the student is asked to describe how the team set goals and shared responsibilities, planned activities to complete the project, undertook their own responsibilities, and provided feedback on their and their teammates' contributions. They discuss dividing roles, completing tasks like finding props and editing, and feel their team adapted well and worked cooperatively despite limited filmmaking experience.

4. IDENTIFY THE TEAM’S GOALS – CREATE A FOLK
FILM (WICKER MAN)
Describe the process involved in planning and deciding the team’s goals
1. How did you all get organised?
We got put into groups by the people managing the the event/trip and we were in our class, so all of our class
that attended the trip were in our group.
1. How did you all provide an input into deciding on your goal?
we all had different pieces of input to provide such as: what costumes we would wear, little changes to the script
to make it more entertaining for us.
1. How did you all share ideas for planning your project?
We sat down and had a group discussion to share our ideas and then we implemented them to our final product
1. What factors did you discuss? Genre? Representation? Plot? Filming locations? Props? Costume?
We discussed what costumes that we were going to use, we also discussed the props, the plot was already set out for us
and so was the genre and we were in the studio that they had for our filming location.
5. UNDERSTAND YOUR
RESPONSIBILITIES AND OTHERS
– What are your agreed activities within the group?
We all shared all of the activities to do within our group such as: sound, camera, acting and
others
– Provide information detailing own and other team members’ responsibilities
All of the aspects that we need to create the film were all of our groups responsibilities as we all took turns
in doing different roles while making the film.
6. PLAN AND UNDERTAKE
– Plan activities that enable the team to reach its goals. This could be a script? Shot list?
Location scouting? Bringing Props? Memorising lines? etc etc
Everything that we needed was already done for us the only thing that we really had to do is find props
that we were going to use for our film out of there props (they had like a collection of different props)
– Identify own responsibilities towards the team in relation to the plan. What do you
specifically have to do?
well I was the editor for my team but I did do some of the other roles involved but I was mainly the group
editor..
– Carry out own responsibilities? Where will the evidence for this be? On screen, behind the
camera?
My responsibilities were behind the camera as I was editor for my group and the evidence will be on my
youtube channel for the final edited product
– Contribute to the successful completion of the team activities. Finish the brief.
Well overall our team did a great job even though we didn’t have much experience in making films we
handled it very well and the final product was amazing.
7. FEEDBACK
– Feedback on own actions in relation to the overall team activities
I think that my actions in relation to the team were good I think I adapted to whatever I need to adapt to
to help my team progress in making the film.
– Describe different team members’ contributions
Wel we all had a go at different roles in making the film and I would say that everyone that
done a role did it very well even though our group didn’t have much experience making films.
8. ANSWER ALL OF THESE QUESTIONS AGAIN
BUT FOR THE TV DRAMA PROJECT
