I would like to thank your team within the Building Services division for their excellent support. Lauren
Spinelli, Carl Flores, and Danielle Vallat all ensure that all our facility needs are addressed in a timely
manner and our technicians, Vernon, Antonio, and Dean are extremely thorough and professional.
Recently, Lauren was able to explain how the Trane equipment best suits the needs of our facility and its
on-going operations - like reliability and how the high efficiency alternate can affect our electricity
consumption. Due to the valuable support from Trane, New York University has ensured that our College
of Dentistry installs a Trane CenTraVac as part of the chiller replacement project.
ln our busy roles at NYU, we need extremely attentive and knowledgeable partners such as Trane to
support our operations. Please accept my gratitude towards Lauren and the entire Service department
for their speedy and efficient services.
