1. Introduction:

Storm Construction Inc. is a general contracting firm incorporated in 1982. Our firm is
family operated and the principles actively work on our projects.
We specialize in remodel, tenant improvement and select new construction specifically
for name brand company and franchise properties chains. We are currently licensed in
California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas and Washington.
Our work in the early eighties started with the Denny’s restaurant chain that involved a
total remodel of company owned facilities located in multiple states. Our company has
remodeled over 130 stores with an average cost of over $150,000. The early nineties
brought an interior remodel program for Darden Restaurants and the Olive Garden
brand in which we remodeled 36 stores in four states.
The present decade projects have varied between the aforementioned chains along
with Jack in the Box, IHOP, Starbucks and Chili’s. We have constructed four new IHOP
facilities in the Southern California area and two new Jack in the Box restaurants in Las
Vegas along with approximately 150 major remodels to Jack in the Box in the four
western states. We are currently doing interior and exterior remodels for Chili’s in
Southern California, Northern California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, North
Carolina and Florida. We have completed patio enhancements for Starbucks thru out
the Inland Empire and surrounding areas. In April of 2014 thru June 2014 we refreshed
21 Jamba Juice stores thru out Southern California. We have also performed a refresh
for The Historic Mission Inn Hotel & Spa.
Our own people perform much of the work and we have a very good subcontractor base
throughout the west. Our work has exemplified high standards in quality, timeliness,
dedication and integrity. Our communication with the architectural, engineering and
building departments is at the highest level.
