Key Information
Auction process
All auction items will be under blind auction, meaning bidders can submit a bid for an item
without knowing the current bidding price.
Items can be bid for as many times as you like and will be completed via an online form. No
other method of bidding will be accepted.
Each bid will need a separate form submission e.g. if you would like to bid more than once on
an item, you will need to make a form submission for each bid. All bids must meet the starting
price to be accepted.
All bids are subject to 20% VAT addition, therefore please consider this when making your
bid.

Buy it Now Process
Several items are available as ‘buy it now’, meaning the first bid for the stated price will
win that item. Where several of the same item is available, a form submission is required for
each e.g. if you would like to purchase 2 of the same ‘buy it now’ item, you will need to submit
2 forms.
Deadline
All bids must be received by 12pm on Thursday 25th February 2021. Any bids received after
this time will not be counted.
Invoice and Payment
Once the auction ends, the winning bidder will be notified by e-mail and an invoice will be
raised. Invoices must be paid within 7 days, failure to do so will void your bid and we will
award the item to the next highest bidder and repeat the process.

Item Collection
No delivery is available on any item, all winning bidders must arrange collection at their
own expense. All items must be collected no later than Wednesday 31st March 2021.
Items Not Listed
We appreciate that there may be items that supporters would like to place a bid on which
are not included in this brochure. As a result, please let us know of any items you would
like to bid on and we will endeavour to meet your request.
We will contact each supporter who makes a suggestion via e-mail to let them know if we
are able to include the item(s) suggested to our auction.
