This sample ballot provides voting instructions and lists partisan and nonpartisan candidates for the August 10, 2010 Minnesota state primary election. The partisan section includes candidates from the Independence, Republican, and Democratic-Farmer-Labor parties running for U.S. Representative, state governor, and other state offices. The nonpartisan section lists candidates for Hennepin County commissioner and Minneapolis school board director. Voters are instructed to select candidates of only one political party for the partisan contests.
