- 2. Our Promise to you! We will provide staff that are properly trained, considerate, respectful, and cheerful. The same staff person will be assigned for each visit. Continuity in care is a priority for us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our staff selection, we will arrange for another staff person. We will be there the first day of service to introduce and orientate our staff. We will provide services that allow you to keep your independence at a fair market price. Your personal information will be held in strictest confidence. You will receive a printed schedule showing who will be coming and when. We understand that this is a major step in your life and one not to be taken lightly. We also understand that this may be your first time arranging to have an unfamiliar person help you in your home.
