Cy, Happy 50th! I'm wishing for you and yours a wonderful birthday. The big Five-Oh is a
landmark event, so do enjoy your accomplishment. And thank you, btw, for remaining in the
three-dimensional Newtonian Universe with the rest of us wind-tossed souls who count years in
our journey to future dimensions of Soular Expression of the Indefinitude of all possible
modalities of the expression of Beingness.
And that mouthful brings me to address Quint's alarm regarding next phase of lockdown. I've a
little birthday present for you to share with Quint. This is the transhumanists speaking in their
own words. But before I give you the link to their philosophy, let me first admit that things are
so crazy in my personal life here that I'm two weeks behind on doing a short story that will bear
the title "Five Steps To Success For Power-Mad Psychopaths" (or something like that).
The five steps are --
1: Masks. In 2015 an Unconventional Warfare Psy-Op called Jade Helm 15 was carried out in
several American States. It's purpose was to "Map the Human Terrain" as preeparatory to
mastering the Human Domain. They wanted to see how far they could push Americans into
accepting military involvement at the community levels. Fast forward five years hence and we
see mandates for masks. The masks constitute phase one, or step one, in the five-step program
for success for any would-be power-mad psychopath.
2: Mandatory vaccines. This will be the next roll-out. The Mode-RNA vaccine which Trump's
military will roll out across America will have a super-gel substance and a batch of micro-nano-
bots which can receive and transmit bio data once it's injected into a human body. These
ingredients are riding on a synthetic RNA factor which will be able to merge with and alter
anyone's DNA. Once anyone receives that vaccine, one's body temperature will be constantly
monitored and broadcast to Elon Musk's fleet of over four hundred satellites. Additionally, the
nano-bots will be monitoring and broadcasting organ function, pulse rates, when one is asleep
or awake, when one goes to the bathroom, whenever one leaves one's home, which room one
is in in one's house, when one has sex, anything and everything about one's private life -- all

2. shall be constantly broadcast to health-workers' smart cell phones or Musk's satellites.
Simultaneously, the satellites can beam ELF waves and/or/with 5-G frequencies to alter bodily
functions, same as a smart meter can tell your refrigerator when and when not to run. For that,
however, any aspiring would-be power-mad psychopaths need for step three to be established.
3: Hasten the 5-G roll-out to cover the earth and base that on Artificial Intelligence and
quantum computing networks such as Google and the NSA are currently developing..
4. Digital Currency roll-out. Dump the people's centuries-old habit of using tangible money for
their exchanges in goods and services, and move to a cashless society. This will eliminate
countless of millions of people world-wide from participating in national, regional, and global
economies unless they have the nano-bots in place within the cells of their human bodies. The
exclusion of anyone (everyone!) who does not have the nano-bots of the Mode-RNA vaccines in
their bloodstreams will prevent dissenters like us from buying and/or selling. In other words,
we'll not be able to buy our lab-grown beef hamburger unless we have a global bank account
using digital currency in accordance with our Social Credit Scores and the 24/7/365 satellite
monitoring (or nearby cell-phone monitoring) our physical bodily functions and homeostasis.
5: Begin the implementation, using all the above tools, of Transhumanism, or, Post-Human
reality. Having a synthetic RNA factor tampering with one's DNA can literally change a person
by manipulating brain-wave activity, endocrine system glandular function, organ function,
indeed, alterations in every cell in one's body.
So, Cy, that said, I'll apologize aforehand for not already having that article written. I've got all
the info necessary to build my case, support my premise, and scare the bejeezus out of
anyone -- but every day I'm downloading multiple videos, saving multiple articles and pdfs etc,
and communicating with too many dear friends and trying to do some profitable jewelry work
so I can keep the power turned on and pay for my Internet connection, right? Life's all a-jumble
as our world goes bonkers with the Technocracy that Pat Wood exposed years ago -- .

over the bio-mass we call a brain and rides it's alpha, beta, delta and theta waves and keeps me

This is where those "unelected" people with too much political and financial clout want to take
us, and now they're not even hiding it.

Elias it is patently disturbing how many of those names (originating contributors to the concept)
at transhumanism.org, that I know from exopolitics. It begs the question, is the intent to alter
human RNA and conscript Human Potential a result of outside influence? Not entirely human.
