Companies should consider discarding the "Bell Curve" ranking analysis
of employees. It is outdated since the world has evolved beyond big
box/matrix structure mindset into one where nimbleness & "ability to
quickly learn new concepts" are more valued. Focus more on
employees' ability to learn new things & their role in amplifying project
execution efficiency & creativity. Consider every employee as having
the unique potential to grow within their roles & stop comparing them
to other employees (with different skillsets spread across various
functions & business units, that are operating under different
maturation levels & competitive intensities).
