Overview
All law firms are striving to improve efficiency,
and central to this effort is effective
management information. Digital Dictation
revolutionised this for audio typing tasks
at many firms, but many are still reliant on
analogue or inefficient methods such as
paper forms, laborious spreadsheets, shared
outlook folders or complex bespoke workflow
tools to manage other tasks.
BigHand Now makes the capture of tasks
easy by targeting the fee earner’s most
commonly used applications, and uses a
dynamic, customisable form to ensure that
the required information can be captured
easily.
Capture Methods
For fee earners and secretaries to make
effective use of BigHand Now, it needs to
be easy to access. To achieve this, we've
designed a digital personal assistant with
busy lawyers in mind, and made BigHand
available in the applications we know they
‘live’ in.

BigHand Now enables firms to digitise analogue processes using
a combination of seamless task capture methods, smart forms
and workflows. The powerful drag-and-drop form builder allows
firms to tweak the solution to their own needs – be these relating
to document production, reprographics, room or even travel
bookings.

To process delegated tasks effectively,
support staff need information – sometimes
quite a lot of it. It’s tricky to produce a
professional document without knowing what
style it should be in, and it’s even trickier to
book travel arrangements effectively without
knowing the intended date or destination.
The BigHand Now form builder allows
management to design a form from the
ground up and makes it easy for users to
complete, thus driving uptake and ensuring
that tasks can be completed as intended
