• Qualified to review conduit and pipe support calculations for nuclear plants along with vendor document and drawing
review in accordance with ANSI/ISO/ASQ Q9000-2008 and NRC regulations.
• Granted unrestricted unescorted access to several nuclear power generation facilities for many tasks including the
Fukushima Flooding Response Team.
• Managed a nationwide 10-person design team for modification to an existing nuclear plant. Met all timeline milestones,
addressed and resolved all issues and completed project on time.
• Train and supervise assigned associates to successfully complete design tasks and calculations with accuracy and in a
timely manner.
• Designed new and modified existing nuclear power plants (including AP1000 design). Interfaced with other engineers
using best practices and standard design methodologies.
• Prepared estimates having a strong background and understanding of financial implications and potential impact
throughout the project. Project completed under original estimates.
• Reviewed and created calculations related to concrete anchorage and steel in power plants, identifying risks and
mitigations needed to stay on deadlines and under budget.
• Developed, researched, and delivered on time a design criteria for new nuclear safety related
electrical commodity and component supports.
• Completed on site assessment of scaffolding for safety and seismic concerns. Areas needing
corrective action identified and addressed.
• Performed constructability walkdowns of steel platforms for connections and new member fit up.
