2. THE PROBLEM
 Our problem that we set out to solve is equality of
women in the workplace
 It is an on going problem that happens all around
the world
 It is something that will take time to completely
change but our group felt confident we could come
up with a solution to help.

3. THE PROBLEM CONT.
 How do we close the wage gap in the workplace
between women and men?
 How do we include family life in the business
culture?
 Why are there not more women in Canadian
Parliament?

4. FINAL RECOMMENDATIONS
 Solution 1: Introduce and enforce National laws to
ensure women receive the same rate of pay as
men.
 Solution 2: Create a special union of women to
enforce national laws.
 Solution 3: Allow women to incorporate more
motherly duties while at work.

 Solution 4: Create a minimum number of required
seats for women in Canadian Parliament.
 Solution 5: Recruit highly qualified women from
different professions to act as a board of
representatives in Canadian Parliament.
