• Maximum building height of 25’-76’ (Following Easterwood Airport Height Restrictions).
• Permitted Uses:
– Education Facilities
– College and University
– Education Facilities- indoor instruction
– Hotels
– Restaurant
– Day care- commercial
– Nightclub, bar, or tavern- with conditional use permit
– Retail, Sales, and Service
– Uses permitted under BP Business Park zoning

requesting to add the following as permitted uses:
