Currently serving as the Acting Deputy Director of the Army's Enlisted Personnel Management Directorate with the Army's Human Resources Command, Col. Reese Turner embarked on his military career as a student of engineering management and international affairs at the United States Military Academy at West Point. After graduating with his bachelor of science in 1988, he entered the United States Army as a commissioned field artillery officer. Col. Reese Turner returned to the academic environment a decade later to earn his master of arts in organizational management from the University of Phoenix.
