Removing iTunes duplicates songs in Windows 10 has been made easy now. See instructions in the presentation.

in the advanced section of the preference of iTunes.

Clone Files Checker has 2 more options to filter the search result by their sizes. ignore files smaller than,
ignore files larger than. ignore files smaller than option makes clone files checker to ignore files smaller than the specified size,
ignore files larger than option makes clone files checker to ignore files larger than the specified size
