o Spearheaded the formation of a Bay Area inventory of cities’ resilience efforts. Used the Rockefeller
Foundation’s Resilient Framework for guidance. Inventory includes disaster resilience projects, ordinances, and
funding revenues, and is intended to enhance intra-regional knowledge-sharing.
