Though Thrive Life™ provides this comprehensive tool, please remember to read through each label before consuming any of our products to ensure consumption is safe for those
with allergies or other reactions to foods. The information in this document is intended to provide you with a comprehensive tool; however, it is subject to change and only contains
information on products currently offered.
Thrive foods are processed in a facility that is FDA, USDA, and USDA organic certified. The allergens contained in each product are listed in this document. All products are pro-
cessed in a facility that handles milk, egg, soy, wheat, and coconut products; however, we follow strict HACCP food safety procedures as prescribed by the FDA in order to prevent
any cross contamination of allergens between product runs. Product labels may list tree nuts, as coconut is considered a tree nut by the FDA, but coconut is the only nut product
processed in our facility.
All Thrive Life products are free of added MSG. Naturally occurring glutamic acid may be present in some products—specifically those listing yeast extract as an added ingredient.
For allergens on each of the Simple Plate meals, please visit the website. We have a variety of options, some gluten free and others dairy free.
With our innovative freeze drying process, we remove almost all water and lock in nutrients, which means Thrive foods will stay fresh for a very long time! Shelf life varies depend-
ing on storage conditions. Simple Plate meals last 6-9 months from the time you receive them, depending on ingredients. Meals that contain quinoa, pine nuts, butternut squash, or
sweet potatoes should be used within 6 months. Most of our canned products last one year after opening and 25 years before opening—and we do it without adding preservatives!
A few of our items, once opened, need to be eaten up right way, such as our Pulled Pork, Ham Dices, Turkey Dices, and Butternut Squash. We suggest using these products as soon
as possible after opening. Under optimal storing conditions, these products could last 2 weeks or longer.
While you can store all your food wherever is most convenient, there are a few tips to make sure it stays fresh for dinner. Store in a place with consistent room temperature—prefer-
ably 50–70°F. Make sure moisture cannot easily access your food. Keep the lid tight! Moisture and light can soften your food and degrade its nutrients.
