The canteen will be closed. So please bring food and water from home for morning break and
lunch. We do not encourage the students to leave the school compound especially during peak
hours for safety reasons. Make appropriate arrangements for food.
Please arrange your transportation with your parents or with your transport service provider (s).
If you are unwell, please inform your teachers. You are encouraged to wear face mask if you
have flu or cough symptoms.
Charge your phone and leave it on power mode so that if you can’t make it to the school on time
your teachers can contact you.
Come to school by 7.30am on Saturday.

Must have 6 compulsory parts in order to get Band 4
and above -
i. GREETINGS / SALUTATION
ii. NOTES / PROMPT 1 (with sub points)
iii. NOTES / PROMPT 2 (with sub points)
iv. NOTES / PROMPT 3 (with sub points)
v. NOTES / PROMPT 4 (with sub points)
vi. CLOSURE / WRITE OFF
*** candidates will be awarded the lowest 17 marks or above if they have
all the 6 compulsory parts for their TASK FULFILMENT.
EVENT/ACTIVITY/PLAN must be CORRECT and be mentioned in FULL
***** if its wrongly or incorrectly mentioned or not completely …
ALL the 4 NOTES will be penalised. So it will be awarded below
Band 4.
SUB POINTS for NOTES/PROMPT 1,2,3,or 4 shows the expansion of the
notes
(refer to the stimulus)
INCOMPLETE NOTES USED or WRONGLY USED - Band 3 - 3.5 (BELOW
BAND 4)
For the sake of just copying the rubric or the question, award a Band 1.

16. Pay attention to the wording of the essay questions:
>>>Write an essay expressing your opinion on the statement.
Write at least 250 words.
-expressing your opinion
-Expressing opinion means to agree or to disagree with the
statement.
-State whether you agree or disagree and why.
-State whether you agree fully or agree only partially and give
reasons.
-there is no restriction on the types of essay of write.
-your essay can be an argumentative, a discursive or a problem
solution essay.
-it depends on your interpretation of the statement, your reaction
to it and your own choice of writing technique that can best
communicate your ideas on the statement.
-however, you should be able to use a suitable structure for your
essay so that you content is organized better and your ideas can
be understood clearly.
-must have a clear thesis statement.
-give adequate and relevant supports.
