Branson, MO. January 22, 2016 – Morrell Hospitality, owner of the Lodge of the Ozarks, is pleased to
announce that the Lodge is no longer for sale and we have renewed our management agreement with
Tristar Hotel Groupof Phoenix,AZ.

The Lodge of the Ozarks finished 2015 with their strongest sales performance to date. Heading up the
managementteamatthe Lodge is 30 year hotel veteran,KhalidWahab, CHA.

Christopher Ray to Corporate Director of Marketing for Morrell Hospitality and Anthony Stacy to
Director of Sales for the Lodge of the Ozarks. Anthony will be working closely with Stephanie Admire,
