A small group of former politicians and self-appointed
“community leaders” are trying to get back in power.
They’ve qualified a mayoral recall election – even though the
regular Mayor’s election will be in just a few months. In
addition, these people have stuck Carson residents with the
$200,000 bill!
Our neighborhood is much safer too!
It’s like Carson is a new city! We need to send them a message.
Crime is at a 20-year low. There’s a weekly Farmer’s
Market that’s better than Torrance – I even ate something
called a “Chayote.” And there are dozens of new upscale
sit-down restaurants – M&M’s has “comfort food” and
there are Hawaiian, Mexican and Filipino places.
They beautifully renovated the Southbay Pavilion. There’s
a Chili’s on one corner and one of our favorites – Mrs.
Fields Cookies!
Please, come back soon. Carson needs your No vote on
the unnecessary recall. We need to tell these folks how
much we like the way the city is headed. So, come home
to vote No on the Recall so it doesn’t mess up all the
progress that’s been made.
