10. Printing off Groups for Games
For every game, we print off the remaining groups that haven't been picked up and keep them
in the box office – we only do this the night before. One thing you'll have to do is see which
ones have/haven't been printed and create a list for each game/home stand. We use to print
off all the contracts for the home stand and then look them up. This was a wasteful process
because of all the paper that was used. I found there was one really good way to look them up
AND save paper...write them all down by hand.
This means you have to go into the S DRIVE, find the folder for each game and open each
contract -- which you would have had to do if you were printing them all out so it works!!
You will then need to search each group in Glitnir to find out if they have been printed or not.
The things you need to include when you write them down:
Name on the Contract
Name of the Group – if none write N/A
# of Tickets (this you can get when you search the same, the contract isn’t always right)
Special Location / Need
o Lawn
o Gallery
o Terrace
o Club
o Suite
o Craft Beer Bullpen
o Killebrew Box
o Saints Bucks – VERY important to know so that they are prepared w/the tickets
Order ID Number (s) – many groups have multiple orders so be sure you are looking at
the right ones (this also helps to make sure that you have the right group)
*If tickets HAVE been printed: Cross them off your list
**If tickets HAVE NOT been printed: Write down the Order ID # next to the name on your list
After all that (it’s a process, but believe me it makes your life much easier during game time)
you will / should put the non-printed group information into a spread sheet on Xcel.
