ン・ マ ッセ イ社 を この 5月 に退職 します Chris S.Martison氏 を紹介 いた しま
す。彼 は 15年以 上 にわた リマ レー シア、 日本 、マセ ドニ アの 自動 車触 媒 の製 造
工場 を建設す る とともに工場 の経 営 に もだず さわ つて来 ま した。
小生の前職であるジョンソン・マ ッセイ 。ジャパンの社長の時、彼にマレーシアから日本に
赴任 して頂き現在の製造工場を立ち上げました。また、この日本の製造システムがジョンソ
ン・マッセイ社のスタンダー ドとな り、その後ジョンソン・マッセイ社が世界最大規模の自
動車触媒製造設備をマセ ドニアに建設する際に彼が総責任者 としてヨーロッパに赴任 しま
しました。
その後、私が UmicOre Shokubai」 apanの社長に就任 し、東南アジアに、場所はタイラン
ドにな りま したが、触媒製造工場を立ち上げることにな り彼の助 けを借 りま した。彼は
Feasibility study並 びにタイラン ド政府 よりの Incentive獲 得に成功 し、その甲斐あってタ
イラン ドエ場はオペ レションに成功 しました。
彼は Civil Engineering,Mechanical Engineeringを はじめFinttceま で幅広い経験 と知識
有 しています。今後発展 していく御社のお役にたてる人材だと確信 しています。是非ご検討

formerJohnson Matthey backin 2003′ and friends until now,
l wi‖ introduce him′ he has worked ibrJohnson Matthey Malaysia for more than 9 vearsr and
then come to Johnson Matthey Japan. He designed built both the plant and equipmentin
Japan fac‖ ity7 and he was the managerin charge of production 8tsupply chain. He′ then
moved on to the construction and running of a new manufacturing plant of automotive
catalystin Macedonia for Europe.

current manufacturing plant and was appointed to Japan from Malaysia. in addition′ this

production facility in Macedonia and was appOinted in Europe as a project Director7 and then
became Manufacturing Managerto run the fac‖ ity like Japan.
Later on′ as President and CEO of Umicore ShokubaiJapan Co.′ Ltd′ l brought him on―board
u′ ith a competitor company to help setup a new automotive catalyst manufacturing plantin
Southeast Asia′ which became tthailand location. He helped feasib‖ ity studles′ obtain tax
incentives frorn Thai Covernment′ and find land to start―up ne、 v operations.
He has a vvide range of experience and knowledge to Civil Engineering′ including the
Mechanical Engineering and Finance.We are confident thatitis human resources to set up in
