asking her to meet her

• Natasha receives Chloe
messages
• Close up, fades to the next
shot
• ½ second
• Chloe begins to walk towards
the table where she’s
meeting Natasha
• Low angle long shot, pans
from her feet to her face,
dissolves to the next shot
• 6 seconds
• Chloe walks towards the
table and sits down
• Long shot, from behind,
dissolves to the next shot
• 3 seconds
• Natasha walks towards the
door and grabs the handle to
leave
• Pans from Natasha to the
door, tracks her steps
• 2 seconds
• Natasha is opening the
door a little bit
• Close up, dissolves to the
next shot
• ½ second
• Natasha fully opens the
door and walks out
• Medium, long shot, from
the front, dissolves to the
next shot
• 3 seconds
• Natasha is walking closer
to the table in order to
meet Chloe
• Mid shot, from the side,
pans from Natasha to the
table

• Natasha arrives at the
table and greets Chloe:
“Hey, how’ve you been? I
haven’t seen you in a
while.”

establishing shot –
showing the central setting

• Chloe is responding to
Natasha’s question: “Yeah
it’s been so long. I’m not
bad, you?”
• Over the shoulder
• 3 seconds

3. • Natasha is responding to
Chloe’s response: “Yeah,
I’m good, just been busy”
• Over the shoulder, shot
reverse shot
• 2 seconds
• Natasha remembers that
there is something she
needs to tell Chloe, and is
surprised when she
remembers: “I’ve got to
tell you!”
• Chloe’s point of view
• 2 seconds
• Chloe is reacting to what
Natasha has just said with
a worried facial expression:
“Is it Tyrone? Your
parents? What’s wrong?”
• Natasha’s point of view
• 2 seconds
• Natasha and Chloe are
conversing about Natasha’s
news: “Well, basically, you
know the other
day?...Actually never
mind”, “Oh tell me, please
don’t be annoying”
• Long/two shot
• 7 seconds
• Natasha is getting
increasingly irritated at
Chloe’s pleas: “Just let it
go, I shouldn’t have said
anything”
• Close up
• 2 seconds
• Natasha and Chloe
continue their
conversation, and Chloe
begins to get more angry
at the fact that Natasha
won’t tell her: “No, it’s
clearly important!”
• Long/two shot
• 2 seconds
• Natasha is getting very
agitated at Chloe: “Look,
you wouldn’t understand”
• Close up
• 2 seconds
• Chloe slams her hand on
the table out of anger
• Close up, dissolves to the
next shot
• 1 second
• Chloe pushes her chair out
and gets ready to walk
away, reaching her peak
• Low angle, long shot
• 1 second
• Chloe is fully stood up,
displaying and voicing her
irritation towards Natasha:
“I’m so sick of you keeping
everything from me!”
• Low angle, mid shot
• 2 seconds

4. • Natasha calmly replies to
Chloe’s outburst, in
attempt to calm the
atmosphere: “Honestly
Chloe, you’re being
pathetic. Just stop it”
• Chloe’s point of view, high
angle
• 3 seconds
• Chloe decides she’s had
enough and walks angrily
away from the table: “You
know what? I’ve had
enough. I’m so done with
you”
• Natasha’s point of view,
low angle
• 2 seconds
• Chloe is walking away, fast
paced, intense footsteps
• Close up, pans sideways to
upwards
• 2 seconds
• Chloe looks behind her
one last time to highlight
her anger, and then turns
and walks away
• Medium, long shot, from
the back
• 3 seconds
• Natasha holds a distressed
facial expression as she
watches Chloe walk away,
so she decides to get up
and follow her: “Chloe,
wait!”
• Mid shot, pan as she walks
away
• 2 seconds
