Purified MM1853 by nickel-NTA affinity chromatography to grow crystals and better understand the function of this protein.
Performed a PAGE (polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis) of MM1853 to find the purification level of the collected protein.
Concentrated using Vivaspin columns and Desalted MM1853 to further concentrate MM1853 for crystallization
Crystallize MM1853-H6 protein to better understand the functions of MM1853 through studying its structures
Performed a wavelength Scan of MM1853 protein on a Beckman DU 640 spectrophotometerto see whether MM1853 is
involved in oxidation reduction reaction
