The information below is an update of the courses you have completed for the EP A Grant
Wastewater Operator program. Please note: a student who has not completed, or failed, a course is
required to fulfill the program curriculum and hold a "D" level Wastewater Operator license prior to
being considered for a Wastewater Internship. The tuition for a repeated course will be :he student's
responsibility unless he/she qualifies for a scholarship at which time money can be applied to the
tuition. Make up courses must be completed by December 16, 2016.

If you have not taken the "D" level Wastewater Operator exam, please schedule as soon as possible.
Bring in your license certificate and TCEQ application fee receipt to the Office of Community &
Industry Education (CIE) Services (WCTS 1207) so that we may obtain a copy of your operator
license and reimburse you for the application fee. If you are charged an exam fee, bring this receipt
with you as well. Students completing all requirements will be contacted by CIE Office to forward
the facility name and contact person to schedule an internship interview.
