This 3,000 foot rock
formation stands
prominent amongst
Yosemite, a favorite for
experienced rock climbers
and photographers alike.
Half Dome
The most recognized
landmark in Yosemite, Half
Dome stands 5,000 feet
above the valley floor and
is a popular hiking trail for
travelers from all over.
Yosemite Falls
One of the world’s tallest
falls at 2,425 feet, made
up of three different falls,
with trails that can be
hiked to both the Upper
and Lower falls.
Yosemite Valley
Visitor Center
A major attraction for tourists,
this visitor center features an
all Park Ranger staffed
information desk, a bookstore,
and a exhibit hall dedicated to
the Geology, plant and animal
life, and history of the park.
