for the period November 2012 to April 2013.

 Preparation of Annual General Meeting Agendas and Minutes;
 Preparation of Extra Ordinary General Meeting Agendas and Minutes;
 Facilitating Voting outside of Committee Meeting Notices and Minutes;
 Booking of meetings;
 Reception functions including answering of telephone;
 Photocopy, faxing and scanning of documents;
 Archive Management;
 General office duties.
