discovery
& design
This first step is critical to our
entire process. To ensure we
remain a leading innovator in the
apparel industry, we hold regular
discussions with culinary and
hospitality leaders worldwide to
gather front-line feedback.
We also perform trend analysis research from a global position
to ensure we consistently deliver cutting-edge designs. We
immediately use that insight to begin designing new products
or enhancing existing products.
We can confidently attribute a strong portion of our continued
growth to our customer philosophy. Chef Works’ customer
philosophy is based on valued, long-term relationships built
between Chef Works and its customers – It’s what makes Chef
Works, Chef Works.
We maintain a “can-do” attitude to do whatever it takes to get
the job done for any customer, no matter how large or small.
Our goal has been to be the
industry’s top culinary apparel
partner of choice worldwide.
In the 1960s, Joseph Gross
launched his work apparel sales
and manufacturing business in
South Africa.
Today, the Gross family, featured in the picture to the right,
continues to satisfy customers the world over.
