Charles De Gruchy served as the Director of Marketing and then Direct Marketing and Sales for an international fragrance and cosmetics company L'Occitane en Provence. In November of 2005, Charles De Gruchy became the Executive Director of La Mer Direct Marketing and Customer Relationship Management. He has more than fifteen years of marketing experience before starting this position and it showed from the beginning that he had a wealth of experience in the industry. During his time working in the industry, Charles De Gruchy has repeatedly been able to build first class direct marketing organizations. During his time at La Mer, he was significant to the development of the growth of the company, helping to expand their vision and their success. Charles De Gruchy left La Mer in order to take a position with Toys-R-Us in November of 2007 as the Executive Director, Director of Planning. He was proud to hold this position at one of the most well-known companies and brands in the world. It wasn't until July of 2010 that Charles De Gruchy joined the team at TUMI, taking over as Director of Global Customer Relationship Management. He developed an analytics strategy and evaluating their marketing database capabilities. Beginning in September of 2012, Charles De Gruchy worked with Brooks Brothers as their Head of Customer Marketing. This allowed him to deliver key strategic projects so that he could renew the company's brand and grow the business, too. Charles De Gruchy joined Avis Budget Group in August of 2014, serving as their Director of CRM & Loyalty.
