2. • Lao People's Democratic Republic is a
landlocked socialist country on the Indo-
China Peninsula. It neighbors China to
the south, Cambodia to the south,
Vietnam to the east, Myanmar to the
northwest and Thailand to the southwest.
There are 17 provinces and one
municipality directly under the central
government.
• Capital: Vientiane
• Major cities: Vientiane, Pakse, Luang
Prabang, Savannakhet and so on.
• Official language: Lao
• Population: 6.76 million (2016)
• The main ethnic groups: LaoLong,
Laoteng, Laosong.
• The main Religion: Buddhism
• Land area: 236,800 square kilometers

8. A. The number of saints have grown from 191 to
301.
B. The local saints preach gospel in the daily life,
and lead the sinners to be saved.
C. There are two times of the intensified gospel
propagation in Vientiane and Pakse with the
coordination of the saints from Thailand and
Taiwan.

11. A. The Recovery Version of the Gospel of
Matthew has been translated this year and
has been collated to the ninth chapter.
B. The Lord raised up 4 local saints for the
collation work through pursuing the lord’s
words.

12. A. Every Thursday and Saturday we have the training
for perfecting the new ones to have regular
church life in the two districts of Vientiane from
September 16th.
B. Every Lord’s day we have the training for
perfecting the core members to be the serving
ones in Vientiane from October 1st.
C. From August 26-27 and September 22-23 we have
trainings for the church life in Vientiane and 56
saints and 62 saints joined respectively.

in the capital Vientiane in December
2016.
B. There were 35 saints from Laos joining
the international conference in
Bangkok in Aug 12-13, 2017.
