Job Responsibilities:
A. To ensure new office premises and get registry and to get shop act licensee
B. We make rent agreement with Landlord.
C. Liaison with govt. office, which police station, Justice court, EPF office, Transport office.
D. Vender management we coordinate with vendor and negotiate suitable price of thing that need
of office requirement, office assets. And collect all bills and checked and verify then process the
payment.
E. We ensure that office environment , employees work properly and timing hours.
F. MIS inventory, to Ensure marketing budget which company hoarding, Event program, public
relation with analytics of Marketing , to ensure how many growth of business as per company
policy.To ensure incentive program provided by company with operators and to ensure tickets of
cab driver who is responsible for fault by driver or Customer. We are justify this case.
G. We are test drive which car for daily attachment process, to ensure it survive to on road or not.
H. We are coordinate with attachment process of cabs which any types of car like hatchback ,
sedan, prime etc.
I. We are provide to DCO letter for attachment and they easily finance from finance company.

K. To maintain employees attendance and Sort out employees joining format and Salary issue.
L. To ensure travel to Company Employees form one city to another city. We are arrange that
tickets , accommodation etc.
