This is to certify that Mis. B.A.N.C. Jayawardena of NIC No. 925611727V, was employed with us as a
Trainee Supervisor for Six month contract period (27th of January 2013 to 27th of July 2014) of
Rehabilitation & Improvements to B157(West) road section from Aluthgama to Welipenna High way
entrance.(Project cost is 1.69 Billion)
She is responsible to site construction work such as Surveying and Leveling, Site supervision (Structural
,pipe laying and Earth work), coordinating with other site staff, liaising with Consultant Engineers and
other authorities for preparation of carry on the progress as better etc.
She is having many capabilities to stand any type of situation, and found him to be a hard working officer.
During the course of his duties with our organization, his attendance, conducts were found to be excellent.
The relationship he had with other fellow officers was found to be excellent.
