Rental Rates:
Two Day Rental- $1,525.00
Monday-Thursday $850.00
Friday- Sunday $1,050.00
Capacity:
 150 guest for a sit down event in Bella Stanza
 250 Guest for a stand up cocktail party at Bella Stanza
Rental Reservations/Deposits/Cancellations:
 A security deposit of $500 is required when booking an event to reserve that
particular date. Payment in full will be due 30 days prior to the event. The
security deposit will not be refundable if the event is cancelled.
 (8) 8 ft. tables, (6) 6 ft. tables, 11 round tables and 100 Chairs are included
in price.
 The management will assess the property for damages and within fourteen
(14) days after the event, notify the client of any damages incurred and
refund the deposit less repairs.
 Cash, Checks, Money Orders, or Cashier’s Checks are accepted for
payment.
Decorating Policy:
 No Smoking at all in the building at any time
 No drinking outside of the building (Monroe city ordinance)
 No free standing candles of any type allowed
 No Pyrotechnical devices allowed
 Management reverses the right to regulate the volume of all electrical
equipment used on the property.
 We do not permit the use of birdseed, rice, confetti and glitter inside the
facility.
 You may make arrangements to decorate the day of your event.
 If Client is interested in bring their property the day before the event,
providing the facility is available at that time a $175 charge will added to the
rental fee or deducted from the deposit.
Clean up Policy:
 All property that has been brought in has to be removed by 10:00 am the
next morning unless previously negotiated.
 Entertainment and Caterers have 2 hours after the event ends to clean up and
vacate to facility.
 You can start setting up for your event at 10am day of rental, unless
negotiated with the owner of the hall.
 All garbage, trash, and leftover food must be bagged and placed in the
containers in the alley behind the building. None can be left in the
building. Tables and Chairs need to be put up in back after each event.
The person or organization holding the event is responsible for any damage
to Bella Stanza property by any of their guest. It will be the client’s
responsibility to pay for any damages that may occur. We are not responsible
for lost, stolen, or damaged articles. Bella Stanza is not responsible for
cancellations or inconveniences due to weather or other circumstances
beyond our control. Bella Stanza is not responsible for any injuries of guests,
or any person or persons attending your event. Any decorating that is done is
done at your own risk.
The HOST not BELLA STANZA is responsible of the monitoring and
controlling of the consumption of alcohol. Bar tenders are responsibility of
the host and contracting with BELLA STANZA.
A REMINDER A LOUISIANA DOES NOT PERMIT ALCOHOL TO BE
SERVED TO MINORS UNDER THE AGE OF 21.
THE BACK ALLEY IS A LOADING AND UNLOAD ZONE ONLY, NO
PARKING.
Any party that has alcohol must have 2 Monroe police officers hired for
security. The host is responsible for the payment of the police officers at the
time of the event. You can reach the Monroe Police Department at 318-329-
2600 and schedule them for your event. All parties are to be completely over
by 12:00 am unless previously negotiated.

Event Insurance Requirements
Event insurance is required with security deposit.
Event insurance is used to cover the liability exposure for you on the day of your
event. If you have homeowners Insurance your agent could provide you with
this coverage as part of your Homeowners policy. If not, a separate policy can be
purchased by calling:

You will need to add Bella Stanza as additional insured and you have to get 1
million as a minimum for liability limit. You can also call them at 1-800-236-4252.
