Over €1 million was invested in improvements to the park, formerly known as Toughers Business Park, after it was acquired by York Capital Management in January 2016. The investment resulted in upgrades like new road surfacing, signage, and landscaping. Naas Enterprise Park comprises over 100 occupiers, 1.5 million square feet of industrial and office space, and currently employs over 5,000 people.

Thursday, September 29.
Over one million euro has
been invested in the park
which was acquired by York
Capital Management in
January last.
The investment has res-
ulted in much needed im-
provements such as new
surfacing on the entrance
road, improved signage and
improved landscaping, ma-
terially enhancing the envir-
onment for current
occupiers who include
Primark, Mercury Engin-
eering, Domino’s Pizza, DSV,
NCT, Eir Flowers, National
Council for the Blind, HSE
andConlanBMW.
Naas Enterprise Park
comprises of over 100 occu-
piers, 1.5 million sq. ft. of in-
dustrial and office
accommodation and cur-
rently employing over 5,000
people.

situated on the southern side
oftheR445fromNaastoNew-
bridge.
Naas Enterprise Park is
situated just off the M7 mo-
torway at Junction 10 Naas
South known as the Newhall
Interchangeandisapproxim-
ately 4kms south of Naas and
approximately 7kms north of
Newbridge.
The Park is situated in the
heart of the central logistics
area for the country and of-
fers the ease of access to the
M7 motorway leading to all
arterial routes to the north,
west and south of the
country.

Thursday at the official
launch: ‘Today has been a
great opportunity to show-
case the park to potential

“Since January we have
had a huge increase in rental
enquires with some 140,000
sq. ft. of new lettings having
takenplace.”
According to John
McIntyre of Lisney: “The new
owners have invested over
€1m on upgrading the Enter-
prise Park and there is
healthyinterestfromnewoc-
cupiersasaresultofthesigni-
ficant investment and new
management structure
withinthepark”.
Space is offered between
2,000 sq. ft. and 50,000 sq. ft.
