We admit it - VoiceMarketer does a lot. Maybe too much. So we'll make it simple.
Every issue we'll give you the skinny about a single tool or feature set. You give us
a minute and we'll give you the goods.
Let's start with our basics. Just these alone help your customers get major results.
Do your customers want more phone calls? Click-to-Call makes it easy to add call-
to-actions to Web pages, images, emails or Adwords. When online visitors click,
their phone rings and presto - they're connected.
Clicks come in 24/7 but who's available to answer calls? SmartClick-to-Call dials an
intelligent answer. Weekend service calls go directly to a technician. Daytime calls
to the sales desk. Or our button can simply tell visitors whether the business is
open or not. Either way, SmartClick-to-Call treats every visitor right.
How many calls actually come from the Web? Call Tracking will tell your customers
just how many "hits" their phone is getting - from individual Web sites, newsletters,
800-numbers -- and even which keywords turned most often into calls. They'll
know where the call came from, where it went and how long it lasted. See, we're
into analytics too.
Stay tuned. There's more VoiceMarketer ahead.

What good is Google for small business?
VoiceMarketer is stepping up to the Web marketing and operational challenges
facing IC's and their customers. Every issue, Problem Solved tells you how.
When our fingers did the walking, people opened the Yellow Pages, looked up
"plumber" and made the call. Then Google came along - and everything changed.
The phone book, after all, was designed to help you make a phone call. Google
isn't.
Now, when people search online for products or services, they're faced with a long
list of results and a host of distracting ads. Even after they touch down on a
landing page, picking up the phone isn't automatic. Let's be real. The longer the
delay between 'I need something' and the 'I found someone,' the less likely that
call will get made.
Today, the numbers do the talking. The overwhelming majority - 88 percent* - of
click-to-call (see Featured Features) users say they're more likely to contact a
company with click-to-call than one without it.
Even in our online world, 75 percent of sales are closed in person on phone calls,
against an anemic segment for Web site, e-mail, and chat orders. According to the
Kelsey Group, 71 percent of small to medium-sized businesses prefer a phone call
to a click in a performance-based advertising model*.
The bottom line: People buy from people. Even more so, from people they know.
Phone calls build the relationships that build sales. We know that VoiceMarketer
won't change Google. But it will make it work better for your customers -
connecting them to their prospects the old fashioned way. By phone. Just like the
Yellow Pages did.

What IC's are saying about The Impact of a Click-to-Call:
After installing the free Gold account on our IC Web site's contact us page, I
immediately started to receive calls. I may have received one call over the past
two years from my site; but received seven calls over the first weekend I had the
Click-to-Call in place.
Stewart Hill: Casper WY
I had a prospect use the click-to-call from my website and reach me. We set up an
appointment from that conversation and he thought it was an impressive feature...
I have a meeting scheduled with him on Thursday.
Carl Immediato, Wilmington DE
I plugged the service at my BNI group and sold two packages on the spot. In just
two weeks, I sold four packages and have several others in the queue while I'm
developing their sites. I can't believe how easy this is to sell.
Daren Kincaid: Smithfield VA
Also Worth Repeating: For all those of you that were at E&I this month in Florida,
thank you. We had a great time. Day and night.
