The management of the development is run by the owners so as to keep costs
to a minimum and includes:
•	 Full Time Site Manager
•	 Part-Time Administration Manager
•	 Part-Time Book-keeper
SITE MANAGER
Is responsible for the day to day management of the buildings and is the first
point of contact for tenants throughout their tenancy. They take care of onsite
security, clearning, upkeep and general maintenance as well as liaising with
external contractors where required. With direct access to the Keylet Online
Maintenance System, tenants can report maintenance requests directly online
to the Site Manager via the integrated system.
The Site Manager also has a secure office on site with extensive storage,
bathroom and kitchen facilities.
ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Is responsible for liasing with the Letting Agent and Owners to ensure the
smooth adminstration of the site’s business. They handle the purchasing and
invoicing and work with the Book-keeper on the preparation of the Annual
accounts.

Keylet is one of Cardiff letting agent’s most recognizable brands attracting
thousands of tenants every month. Their advanced technology and applicant
management systems allow them to market your property to suitable
tenants through both of their strategically placed offices.
Keylet have been exclusive agents for the Richmond Square development
since it opened and provide the full range of management services for all
the current landlords and will continue to offer the same excellent service to
all future owners.
The site has been 100% fully let since completion with no rent arrears or void
periods.
A very competitive rate has been negotiated with Keylet for the
management of the apartments, this rate can be renewed for a further 5 year
term if required.
