It is my privilege to comment on the support that Carol Cotton has given to me in her role as a West
Valley Engineering Support person for SanDisk Corporation. In my ten years working at SanDisk, I have
had the pleasure of working with Carol in my Role as a SanDisk contractor. Carol has consistently
demonstrated superior skills in all areas for which I have needed assistance. Her responses addressed
questions about Benefits, timesheets, payroll issues, general contractor issues, training, Badge issues,
and regular tracking of Open REQs for the eSSD Group where I have been working. In every case, when
issues surfaced, Carol's response has been professional and very timely. In my work I have been tasked
with tracking all Temp. REQs for our organization, and Carol took the time to give me regular reports for
our Management people.
The fact that Carol was located on site here at SanDisk allowed me to meet with her in person to discuss
issues and get them resolved quickly. She has always exhibited a "can do" attitude and is a very
pleasant person to work with. I have appreciated her ability to find answers to my questions, and if she
did not have answers she would take the time to find the information I needed the same day or within one
or two days. Carol has consistently kept all of us contract people up to date on all issues that impact our
employment, informed us about special events that recognized our work, and provided ongoing bulletins
about items that helped us enjoy our work: special celebrations for contractors, reminders to
our employers to renew our contracts in a timely manner to avoid disruption in our work, and ways to
build a team spirit environment among the contract workforce here at SanDisk.
I highly recommend Carol as a person who can be counted on to carry out her work effectively and
efficiently. If the opportunity presented itself, it would be my pleasure to work with Carol in the future and
I recommend her work ethic, skills qualifications, and willingness to make our contract jobs rewarding.
