About
I'm an economist with experience in research and academia. I'm mostly Interested in the design and evaluation of public policy, in particular those that influence labor market performance, firm and worker productivity through the allocation of labor across firms.
I have a strong analytical and technical background. I have taken and taught theoretical and applied courses in microeconometrics.
My latest research has mostly focused on the effects of apprenticeship contracts in Colombia. Previous research has focused on the effects and consequences of informality on workers labor market outcomes.
I'm a focused, self motivated individual but integrate seamlessly to collaborating teams.
