This document provides guidance on how to apply makeup based on skin tone, eye color, and hair color. It explains that makeup can highlight one's natural features and give dimension to the face. Key factors to consider include skin color (light, medium, dark), undertone (warm, cool, neutral), eye color, and hair color when choosing complementary makeup shades. Following the steps of determining skin traits, choosing eye makeup colors, coordinating cheek and lip colors in the same family, and applying products correctly can help create an attractive and balanced look. Neutral shades are generally the safest option as they work for most skin tones. Proper sanitation of brushes and tools is also important.
