Never say no to any request and do it to your best of your ability. Cameron have amazing
potential and can be truly successful in all that you do.

• Tomorrow Trust Committee (Pulled in by Darren):
• Currently looking after the Theme & Activities for ‘My Life Camp”
• Currently sit on the IQ Foundation board and SoChill Committee.

• Cameron is an asset to any project team. He is a natural leader and I have been extremely
impressed in the manner in which he has managed senior IQers on the faculty.
• I have worked with Cameron at client site and on internal IQ committees. He is an
extremely hard working and energetic individual, who is always willing to get involved no
matter what the task. I’ve enjoyed working with him and look forward to working with him
on future projects both at client site and within IQ.
• Cameron has a very positive attitude; he puts his hand up and takes responsibility for
things, leaving no doubt that he will get it done, and done well.

• The recipient of this award personifies commitment, there is no task too small nor activity too
late. A team member like this makes every task accomplished easier through their own passion
and commitment. He or she is able to lift those around him or her by simply feeding off the
excess energy and enthusiasm he or she creates.

• The image and impression I want to build here at IQ is hard for me to define as I
believe that this can only truly be perceived by my peers and colleagues, I just hope
that what I am doing is building a image that both I am the company can be proud of.

• I strive to be the best I can be, no matter what the task or role. I believe that
anything less then 100% is not good enough and for this company I am giving and
will continue to give 150%.
